What it costs

Each Companion Plus sets her own rate, and you see it on her page before you book. Senioritis adds one service fee, shown separately. Nothing else.

A Companion Plus sets her own rate

We do not set it, suggest it, or cap it. Some charge more for years of experience or a language that is hard to find; some charge less. What she charges is on her page, in her own words, before you decide.

Senioritis adds a 17% service fee to her rate. You see her rate and the fee as two lines, never as one number.

Background-checked, and the date of the check is on her page
Her rate is on her page before you book, not after
Her rate and our fee are always shown as separate lines
No subscription, no membership, no minimum number of hours

A seat at a neighbourhood business

Seniors Welcome Here is somewhere for her to go for an afternoon. This is the one price we set, so it is the one we can publish: it is the same at every business taking part.

A seat, one hour
$25.00
Service fee
$4.25
Total
$29.25

The same at every host, of which the business receives $20.00. Bookable in one, one and a half, or two hours.

How families pay

  • Self-pay by card, bank transfer, or HSA.
  • Senioritis is not covered by Medicare for non-medical home care. If your loved one qualifies for skilled care, we can point you to Medicare-covered home health agencies.
